Sourced from our signature Australian Wagyu brand, Imperial Blossom Beef, each of our Wagyu tomahawks weighs in at a massive 1kg plus! This September, our team cooked one up right in the company dining room. The oven gave it a beautifully crisp exterior while locking in that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness inside.
